Our company was founded with one goal in mind, to create the special moments of today that will become the cherished memories of a lifetime.  Located in Central Texas we are your full service party, wedding and corporate event planning service covering the Temple, Belton and Salado areas.  Texas Hospitality Services has over 15 years of experience within the Luxury Hospitality and Event Planning industry.  We strive to make each moment of your event a magical experience.  Our extensive background in Theatrical Lighting and Design gives us a unique  perspective and approach enabling us to specialize in turning your vision into an unforgettable story.  We work closely with every client, tailoring everything ​to your specific style and budget.  From the largest corporate event to most intimate of weddings we  will make your event, wedding or party the toast of the town.  

Rates and Pricing

We offer a wide array of services to meet any budgetary need.  From the DIY Bride to the most elaborate corporate event our customized pricing plan will ensure the greatest bang for your buck.  A 50% deposit is due at the time of contract to reserve your special event with personalized payment plans tailored to your specific needs.
Full Service Planning & Management starts at $1,600
Day of Coordination starts at $1,000
Cooperate Events, Birthdays, Showers and other events please contact us for pricing
Event 101 Consultation and Al A Carte Services starts at $60 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

 

FAQs

How far in advance can I book an event?
We currently book reservations up to 12 months in advance.  

I am uncertain which service I need.   How do I determine which services best fit my needs?
We are happy to offer a complementary consultation to discuss your event and help better determine which of our services will best suit your needs and budget.


Are you able to travel?
Absolutely.  We have been privileged to serve many clients across the State of Texas and enjoy working in new places.  

Do you offer any rentals?
Yes we have a supply of event decor and linens.   If you are looking to rent items for your upcoming party please reach out to us for in stock items and pricing. 

What if I have to reschedule or cancel?
Sadly from time to time parties and events must be cancelled or rescheduled.  In the event that you must reschedule your event every effort will be made to ensure no deposits are forfeited and minimize any additional costs.    Clients will be subject to the terms and conditions of all 3rd party vendor contracts.   If you need to cancel your event clients will be subject to the terms and conditions of all 3rd party vendor contracts and forefit the deposit made at the time of booking.
